Gently Fried Chicken Thighs , sevrved with pickled vegetables, fresh herbs and a lime sauce, on a fresh brioche bun

 pan seared Cod filet served with poached Zucchini, a special Gremolata sauce made with parsley, lemon & garlic, a fresh apricot emulsion.

PORK – $28

A tender juicy Pork Chop like you have never tasted! 10oz  pork chop prepared sous vide pork chop wrapped in bacon slices, and served with a black olive puree, frizzled onions, and a housemade corn salsa!

PAELLA – $30

A traditional combination of squid, clams, shrimp prepared in our chef’s housemade Lobster sofrito and served with garlic aioli over Spanish rice.t
