A house favorite! Prepared with slow poached Spanish King Octopus tentacle, house made caulliflower puree and fried plantains.

Gently fried fried filet in our tempura batter, with a housemade garlic emulsion & lettuce on a fresh Brioche bun. Served with fries.

SEIPS CHICKEN SANDWICH – $18

Gently Fried Chicken breast , served with pickled vegetables, fresh herbs and a fresh lime sauce on a fresh brioche bun. Served with fries.

 A Seipsville Original Signature Dish! Broiled Lobster Tail served over an 8oz Angus beef burger, topped with Swiss cheese and a housemade Lime Emulsion, creating a citrusy flavor and creamy texture which marries the sweet flavor of the lobster with the steak burger. Outstanding!

in addition to our regular seafood dishes, we offer a special fresh seafood feature! Ask your server about our daily fish feature! This feature is based upon availability as we use fresh local product.

A tender juicy 12oz Pork Chop like you have never tasted! Prepared sous vide style and roasted. Served with crispy Polenta, seared mushrooms and a dark sauce made with onions and mushroom broth!
